I had a very satisfying experience when I bought my new Taylor guitar from Zach Smith. I arrived that afternoon with my Guild guitar, planning to trade it in for a new guitar. I did not have a specific guitar in mind and Zach was especially skilled at drawing my musical goals out of me for my new guitar experience. After talking with me about my experience over the years and my goals, he brought three guitars to me to try out, He then played them himself so I could hear how each one sounded as he played it facing me directly. The Taylor that I chose from those offerings has turned out to be just right for my folkie playing style and the guitar-picking sound I like. When I play it, to this day, I always think of how enjoyable that shopping experience was, and how well Zach listened to and heard the specifics of my goals with this purchase. He gave me a good trade-in value for my Guild, Zach himself is a fine musician. He so enjoys playing music as well as helping his customers get the most enjoyment they can when they play their music.
